How it works.

1. Email info@abn.company within 14 days of your purchase. Subject line Refund. Include the email you bought Pier with.
2. We reply within one business day, confirm the refund, and process it to your original payment method via Stripe. Typical time-on-card: 5–10 business days.
3. Your license key is revoked on the day of the refund. If you have Pier activated on two Macs, both return to the paywall on the next license check.

EU consumer rights.

EU consumer law normally gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital products (Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 9). That right is lost only if two things happen:

• You explicitly consent at checkout to immediate delivery of the digital product, and
• You acknowledge that by doing so you waive your right of withdrawal.

At Pier's Stripe checkout you can tick "Send me my license now — I understand this waives my 14-day withdrawal right." We recommend you do not tick that box if you want the full legal refund window. Either way, our own 14-day money-back policy above applies regardless — we match EU consumer law on the favourable side.

What we might refuse.

Refunds can be declined if:

• The request arrives after 14 days. (We'll still help fix any bug — that's a warranty matter, not a refund matter.)
• We reasonably suspect the purchase was fraudulent or the key has been shared publicly.
• You've charged-back the purchase without contacting us — we can't refund twice.

Bug refunds after 14 days.

Even after the 14-day window, if you find a bug that makes Pier unusable for your legitimate use case and we can't fix it in a reasonable timeframe, we'll refund pro rata. Write to us — we'd rather fix it, but we'd rather refund than have an unhappy user either way.
